FULL TRAINING (June 13–14, 2026): Theory and Video-Based Practical Case Studies (2 days)

The full training course in Percutaneous Hydrotomy will be conducted entirely by Dr. Bernard GUEZ.
The training takes place over two consecutive days in Geneva (Switzerland), on Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14, 2026.

    Concept of Percutaneous Hydrotomy – Definition – History – Physiological and biochemical foundations – Neuroanatomical and neurophysiological data – The 5 competency units – Common clinical forms – Pharmacopoeia – Main techniques – Indications – Treatment of osteoarthritis using mesochelation – Examples of treatment for migraine, functional colopathy, rhinosinusitis, etc.
    Research in Hydrotomy – Conclusion.

  • 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Lunch break (free time)

  • 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.:
    Clinical studies – Therapeutic protocols – Presentation of the International Society of Percutaneous Hydrotomy (S.I.H.P.): dissemination of the technique – scientific validation – organization of training – quality charter for SIHP members – poor practices to avoid.

  • 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Break

  • 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.:
    Creation and presentation of regional and national medical referral networks – Prescription models in Hydrotomy
    Evolution of SIHP objectives
    Discussion – Questions & Answers

Day 2: Video-based practical cases, discussion, Q&A

The second day of training is dedicated to the daily clinical practice of Percutaneous Hydrotomy.

PROGRAM

  • 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.:
    Organization of a working day in Percutaneous Hydrotomy in a medical practice

    • Setup of the technical platform

    • Preparation of products for dilution

    • Preparation of hand-syringe protocols: mesochelation, vasoactive, cellular plasticity, amino acids, mesovaccination, ENT-pulmonary and general protocols

    • Preparation of mesoperfusion protocols: regenerative vasoactive and mesochelation–cellular plasticity–amino acids

  • 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Video-based clinical cases on patients:

    • Osteoarticular: osteoarthritis, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, knee osteoarthritis, thumb osteoarthritis

    • ENT: rhinosinusitis, allergies

    • Pulmonology: asthma, emphysema

    • Gastroenterology: gastritis, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome

    • General immunity: autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia)

    • Stress, anxiety, mild depression, sleep disorders

  • 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Lunch break (free time)

  • 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Continuation of clinical cases

  • 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Break

  • 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Discussion, Questions & Answers

Conclusion of the day


At the end of the full two-day training, a certificate of participation will be issued.
